Reiki 霊気

Reiki is a type of energy healing and is a alternative therapy.  Reiki is a Japanese Hands On healing that was found on 1923 by Mikao Usui Sensei at Mount Kurama, Japan.

Reiki is a healing technique that uses universal life force energy.  The word “Reiki” is a combination of two Japanese words: “rei,” which means “universe,” or “the higher power,” and “ki,” which means “life force energy,” 

“Ki is the life force energy that animates all living things,” . Putting together, the “rei” and “ki” means “spiritually guided life force energy,”  It’s not a religion and is not associated with religious practice.

A reiki practitioner puts the hands on or near your clothed body, It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through our bodies for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy.  .

Although Reiki cannot replace orthodox medicine, Reiki is used in part of both hospital inpatient and outpatient settings as an alternative therapy nowadays for stress reduction and relaxation, surgery, cancer in European and American.

靈氣一種宇宙能量治療及互補的醫學療法。   Reiki (靈氣) 源於日本，在1922年由臼井甕男（Usui Mikao）先生在鞍馬山上感悟而創立的「手当療癒」(Hands On Healing) 身心能量技術。 

Reiki意指宇宙能量。這種能量存在於宇宙之中，靈氣（Reiki），靈（Rei）指的是宇宙，氣（ki）指的是生命能量，一種滋養宇宙間一切無窮無盡的力量，包括人類、動物及植物的自然能量。靈氣使用者作為一個能量通道，過程中只需把能量透過雙手傳輸到受者，使其身體及心靈回復平衡，以促進情緒穩定，改善健康狀況改善身心，舒緩痛症、精神緊張、壓力、頭痛/偏頭痛、疲勞，提升免疫力，甚至為寵物治療等等。

靈氣療法是一種運用宇宙能量的治療技術, 它絕非宗教，也與宗教活動無關。  雖然靈氣不能取代正統醫學，但在歐美已經有不少研究證實是強而有力的輔助，能減輕或消除醫療過程中所產生的副作用及身心上的不適，在歐美部分醫院作為輔助正統醫療的癒法。
