Stretch & Relaxing Class 伸展放鬆班

This class focuses on your flexibility, improves range of movement, lengthens and strengthens the body, relaxes and calms for the mind and body through gentle poses and breathing exercises.

 

為增強身體靈活性,改善活動範圍,延展韌帶及放鬆緊張肌肉,以輕鬆溫和的動作同時配合呼吸法,有助身體放鬆、增加柔軟度,並促進身心平靜。

Some pranayama may be included.

課堂可能包含些許呼吸練習。

Suitable for All level and anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort.
